Along with any details that will affect the value of your car for instance;
- Does the car have any extras/upgrades?
- What condition is the car in – is there any damage?
- Does the car have full or partial service history?
- Do you have all relevant documents?

Collecting this information from you allows us to research your actual car which means we can provide you with an accurate quote not an instant computer generated quote for a generic car that would be subject to re-evaluation.
